Virtual Health Record (VHR)

Use our patient record lookup to securely access all available patient health records contained within the Bronx RHIO (and statewide) and to facilitate results delivery, either via a provider and public health clinical viewer or from within an EHR using Single Sign-On. Notifications/Alerts

Providers can receive real-time or regularly pushed notifications (alerts) on significant events relating to patients of interest, including hospitalizations, emergency room visits, lab test results, incarceration, and diagnoses. Learn more.

Research and Advanced Analytics

We provide the highest-quality population health management reporting, intervention analyses, quality measurement, value-based payment reporting, identification of gaps in care, worklists, and population health dashboards. Learn more.

DIRECT Secure Messaging

Send peer-to-peer messages between two trusted providers with DIRECT-capable inboxes, either through a secure browser or by using the Bronx RHIO’s technology to send a secure message from within the EHR.

Data and User Management

Bronx RHIO provides patient consent management according to NY State policy; monitors, reports on, and reconciles data-quality issues; manages patient identity matching; and offers identity management and security to ensure patient privacy.

Public Health Integration

Staff at public health departments can securely access individual patient records through the VHR. The Bronx RHIO routinely provides New York State and New York City Departments of Health with surveillance-related information.

Predictive Modeling

You can create standard or custom predictive modeling for your organization’s population using Bronx RHIO data — or we can do it for you. 

Data Warehousing

Send various data types for storage in the Bronx RHIO, integrate with our data sources, and secure access within our platform. Access data across the membership of an umbrella organization, such as an IPA, and run advanced analytics on the combined data warehouse.

NCQA-Validated Data Management, Exchange

Our data-management and -exchange processes are vetted and certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) under its Data Aggregator Validation (DVA) program. That means the DVA regularly conducts a rigorous, end-to-end examination of the quality and integrity of our data, as well as the procedures we use to manage and safeguard it.
